What to expect

'Three Days in China' is a documentary by filmmaker Andrés Fraga. It follows a group of designers' visit to factories in Shenzhen where the 'Ambessa Play DIY Flashlight', a STEM learning kit, is manufactured.

Filmed over three days in October 2023, the film presents Ambessa Play's founder, Sara Berkai, along with Pentagram's design team, as they review and sign off the final parts of the flashlight design before going to mass production.

This preview will show a short version of the film, followed by a Q&A with Fraga, Berkai and designer Jon Marshall from Pentagram.
